Personal mentorship
Personalized mentorship services are designed for activities according to defined goals in content and time, aimed at creating change and improving functioning at home and in the community, at school, in labor and in leisure and social activities. The ultimate goal is the expansion of independence.
The frequency of sessions varies depending on the type of mentoring and individual needs.

Accompaniment
Accompaniment services are designed for those who need assistance in day-to-day activities (bathing, dressing, eating, supervision, etc.). Frequency varies according to individual needs.
The payment will be sent to the provider or via the monthly benefit. For more details, contact the rehabilitation worker.
Please note, those who receive a long-term care benefit must choose between accompaniment and long-term care services.
Participation in daycare, after-school or summer camp expenses for the children of the released hostage
Expenses can sometimes be reimbursed for daycare, summer camps, or after-school care for the children of released hostages.
The camp expenses are paid until the child reaches the twelfth grade, afternoon care expenses until the fourth grade and daycare expenses until the age of 6 or until the end of kindergarten.
Participation amounts
- After-school care – up to NIS 850 per month.
- Summer camp – up to NIS 1,250.
- Daycare – up to NIS 3,353 per month after deducting a deductible of NIS 386.
To receive the benefit, the rehabilitation worker must be presented with original receipts as well as a medical certificate about the necessity of the children's stay in the framework in favor of the condition of the released hostage.
Loan to cover debts
The loan is intended for those who incurred a debt related to the injury or who had financial liabilities prior to it but are currently unable to repay them.

Please note,
- Eligibility for the loan is one-time, and may be exercised up to two years from the date of recognition.
- In exceptional situations, you can receive half of the amount as a grant.
To receive the loan, one must present the rehabilitation worker with a grant/loan application form (BL/590), current account statements from the last 3 months, details of deposits and savings and documents indicating the amount of debts.
Pre-rehabilitation
Pre-rehabilitation assistance is given for a maximum of 4 years or up to integrating a vocational rehabilitation program (wichever comes first).
Tis right can be realized for a couse in the open University not for degree purposes, such as photography, drawing, music knowledge courses or other experience activity (such as surfing lessons group).
The amount of the assistance is up to NIS 10,000 per calendar year. Remaining amounts cannot be passed over from year to year.
Please note that when studies spread over two calendar years, funding will be given on the account of the year in which studies have started.
